Multi-select input for array enums (type: array of enum), backed by an
MUI Autocomplete. Selects from field.enumValues, shows the current
selection as chips, and is disabled when the field is read-only.
Props:
field - the field metadata (label, description, enumValues, readOnly).
value - the current array value.
onChange - called with the new array of selected values.
