Summary

Icici bank-specific port implementations (xlsx table path).

Faithful port of domain/extraction/banks/icici/xlsx.py: the xlsx reader uses the shared TableParserMixin (default icici aliases) over typed worksheet rows. Ordering/balance policy stays in the shared tabular txn_dicts stage.
