Summary

Concrete xlsx-family implementations.

ImplXlsxTableReaderPort reads typed worksheet rows (via the omniread xlsx parser's workbook) and runs them through the shared TableParserMixin to emit typed records. The chain (records → balance-adjusted txn dicts → raw expenses) is the shared tabular core.
