Concrete csv-family implementations.

ImplCsvTableReaderPort reads csv rows with the omniread csv parser and runs them through the shared TableParserMixin (header location / aliases / typed conversion) to emit typed records. The chain (records → balance-adjusted txn dicts → raw expenses) is the shared tabular core.
