Summary

Loader for the tag enrichment pipeline.

Compiles the packaged tag pipeline.yaml plus patterns/*.yaml registries into a cached dagpipe pipeline, wiring every registry-aware node with its registry and node config.

Return the lazily cached tag pipeline.

Builds (once) and reuses the pipeline across calls.

load

load() -> Pipeline

Load and wire the tag enrichment pipeline.

Reads the packaged pipeline.yaml, builds the pipeline graph, and installs the merged pattern registry and per-node config onto each node that supports it.
