Summary
Entity enrichment: pipeline loading and entity resolution nodes.
The loader compiles the packaged pipeline.yaml and patterns/*.yaml
resources into a cached dagpipe pipeline; the resolution nodes turn
raw descriptions into a payee entity (id, name, type, logo) through
aliases, normalized signals, candidates, and flag-driven rules.
